Shipping Policy

No Shipping Required (Donations & Services)

Daan Mitra is a donation and fundraising platform. In general, we do not sell physical products that require shipping. When you donate, no physical goods are shipped. Your contribution supports campaigns and beneficiaries.

Digital Receipts & Acknowledgements

• Donation acknowledgements and (where applicable) tax receipts are typically provided digitally via email/SMS.
• Please ensure your email and mobile number are correct. Also check spam/promotions if you don’t see our emails.
• If you request a physical acknowledgement, availability is subject to feasibility and may take additional time.

In-Kind Donations (No Courier by Us)

• Some campaigners may accept in-kind donations (e.g., supplies/materials) based on campaign requirements.
• Daan Mitra does not pick up or ship items. Donors should coordinate directly via our Contact page or the campaign’s provided contact method.
• In-kind items are typically not returnable once accepted. Please confirm suitability before sending.

Events, Passes, & E-Tickets

For any events or activities organized by campaigners, confirmations and e-passes (if applicable) are delivered electronically. No physical tickets are shipped.

Future Merchandise or Thank-You Items

If, in the future, a campaign offers a complimentary “thank-you” item or we introduce merchandise, the specific shipping terms (dispatch timelines, charges, and delivery coverage) will be clearly displayed on the relevant page before checkout/pledge.
