In the holy town of Barsana, where devotees come to seek the blessings of Radha Rani, hundreds of children still struggle for something as basic as a daily meal.

🙏 In Radha Rani’s Sacred Barsana, Children Still Sleep Hungry

Many vulnerable children in Barsana have little or no family support. Some live around the streets and lanes of the holy town with no stable home or dependable source of food. Some have been abandoned or separated from their families, while others are forced to beg simply because they have no other means of survival.

For these children, hunger is not a temporary hardship. It can become a part of everyday life.

This Janmashtami, as we celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna, let us remember the innocence of these children and extend our devotion through compassionate seva.

Daily Meal Seva

In collaboration with Shree Jee Barsana Mandal Trust, Daanmitra Foundation is supporting an ongoing food service that provides daily meals to around 300 vulnerable children in Barsana.

365 Days of Seva — Not Just a Festival Initiative

This is not a one-day or festival-only food distribution campaign.

For the past 5 years, this food service has continued throughout the year — 365 days annually — helping ensure that vulnerable children receive regular meals.

Every single day, these children need food.
And every single day, this seva needs support.
